Georgia Medical Board allows McBrayer’s unlicensed ambulatory surgical center to stay open!

McBrayer blogger has verified through the GA. Composite Examiners site.  That no action has been taken thus far against abortionist McBrayer.  The Jan. and Feb. board orders against physicians have been verified and he is NOT on the list.  This means that he is free to continue to injure patients in Georgia!  This is a travesty of justice.

On another note, we became aware that he is on the witness list for a case in Cobb county , GA.  He is being called to testify about the sexual abuse of 5 children in the same family sometime this week.  We must wonder if he got rid of the evidence of a crime, in providing an abortion for one of the victims.f We tMcBrayer did not report this himself, since according to the people in charge of crimes against children in Cobb, McBrayer has never called in to report sexual abuse of any of patients even though he is a MANDATED reporter and required to do so, and has performed 100’s of abortions on young girls who were either raped / it was statutory rape to  Cobb County Police department.

Please write in with your comments  what you think should be done about this injustice?  Recently we were that the Dekalb county police department shut down unlicensed personal care homes .  Perhaps the new District Attorney in Cobb County will do the same here with McBrayer’s unlicensed ambulatory surgical center?!  Should we go to Governor Deal and ask why he is allowing this on his watch?

In 2009, Dr. Daniel Enoch McBrayer was arrested in a violent road rage incident. McBrayer stopped a woman at a stop sign who had allegedly cut him off in traffic, got out of his car, approached the woman, had her roll down the window of her car and punched her in the face. Her two young children in the back seat witnessed the assault. McBrayer was charged with simple battery, taken to jail, and released on a $1,500 bond. In 2002, McBrayer admitted to committing illegal second-trimester abortions in his office on Powers Ferry Road in Atlanta. Under Georgia law, it is illegal to perform abortions after the first trimester in a non-hospital or an unlicensed facility. McBrayer’s clinic is, in fact, an unlicensed abortion clinic. He signed a Public Consent Order with the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners confessing his crimes and was put on probation for two years, paid a $5,000 fine, and underwent twenty hours of training in the “area of ethics.” Read more…
